Length of Program
A minimum of 100 credit hours is required for graduation. A
full-time student could expect to complete the program in
six quarters. The entire AOT degree is available online.
Campus Location
The AOT degree is offered
quarterly on the Coffee campus and
online.
Employment
Opportunities
Graduates of the program
receive an Administrative Office Technology Associate of
Applied Science Degree and are qualified for employment
as office managers, administrative assistants, and executive
secretaries in law, education, and technical areas as well
as governmental agencies.
Salary Range
The average salary range
for AOT graduates is $20,000 to $46,000.
Personal Characteristics
To be successful in the
AOT program and as an office professional, a person should
enjoy working with computer applications programs, desire to
work indoors on a daily basis in an office setting, have the
capability to multi-task, be able to spend long periods of
time at a desk, possess decision making and problem solving
skills, and have strong communication and customer service
skills.

Required Age: 16 years of age or older
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Placement exam required.
